Hi-Tech Chest (Green)

The green Hi-Tech Chest is a storage object found randomly in most any Biome, typically underground but close to the surface. It always contains either a Tech Card or a Teleporter Core, as well as smaller tech crafting ingredients.
It can be placed on any flat surface 2 blocks wide. It does not provide a stackable surface.
