Inferior Brain is a crafting material that was obtained from monsters killed with a Brain Extractor. It had a 93% chance to drop when a brain was dropped.

Unlike the Superior Brain, it had no use.

The schematic for Brain Extractor was disabled alongside the removal of the boss Fatal Circuit in update Rampaging Koala. As such, this item is no longer obtainable through normal gameplay.
