Perks are bonuses that are attached to a weapon, armor or tech. These bonuses stack, and can provide defensive and offensive advantages.
Known Perks (Unconfirmed)
Air (+ time to the breath bar)
Cold Guard (+ degree increase in cold resistance)
Radiation Guard (% increase in radiation resistance)
Poison Guard (% increase in poison resistance)
Warmth (may have changed to Cold Guard)
