Smart Skirt is the leg piece of the Smart Set, a costume armor set which has a rare chance of being found in chests throughout the universe.

The appearance of this armor resembles Kyren's Skirt, which developer Kyren could be seen wearing frequently during beta. This dress is worn by the Kyren NPC which has a chance to visit the outpost.
