Asteroids
This mini biome may spawn high above a planet's atmosphere, within its space layer. It lacks oxygen, so players must equip the Breathing EPP or they will slowly suffocate to death. Asteroids have the same gravity as their own planet, so players may take fall damage if they fall from one asteroid to another.
Asteroids are composed of Meteorite Rock and Magmarock, often with ores embedded inside. Both Meteorite Rock and Magmarock are difficult to mine, so a handful of Pickaxes or Drills may be useful.
No treasure spawns here. Skimbus is the only mob that spawn here.
Primary Materials
Music Tracks
Unlike other mini biomes, Asteroids mini biomes do not inherit the music tracks of their parent major biome. Rather, they use the Night Tracks for both day and night.

Tips
- Magmarock and Meteorite Rock have no crafting uses, and can only be used as decoration or scaffolding.
- The bigger the planet, the longer the climb to reach the Asteroids will be, but planet size will not affect the size of individual asteroids in the Asteroids.
- One should also build scaffolding and bridges out of non-flammable materials such as dirt or metal, as Ember weather conditions on certain planets will set flammable blocks on fire, subsequently destroying them.
- Mobility techs and Grappling Hooks are essential for getting around in the Asteroids, and you may also want to bring a Mech if you can somehow manage to take it up there.
