Cerulium Tech Upgrade was a tech upgrade item that allowed the player to craft Tier 8 items of Violium.

Crafting the Cerulium Tech Upgrade required a Robotic Crafting Table and 40 Cerulium Compounds. It was removed in beta update Upbeat Giraffe because of progression development.
