The Durasteel Tech Upgrade was a tech upgrade item that allowed the player to craft Tier 5 items of Aegisalt, and fly to planets in the X Sector which had a threat level ranging from 5 to 10.

Crafting the Durasteel Tech Upgrade required a Robotic Crafting Table and Endomorphic Jelly, only obtainable after defeating the Jelly King. It was removed in beta update Upbeat Giraffe because of progression development.
