Expansion Slot is an object unobtainable by players through normal means. This item's information is present in the game files, but not intended by developers to be in players' possession.

Expansion Slot is a special gate type which marks expansion ports in player space stations. By interacting with the expansion slot an interface with available rooms will display. Mousing over each room will list materials required to construct it.

Racial Descriptions


Apex :	This port is used for adding additional modules to a space station.
Avian :	This terminal is for managing the expansion modules for this station.
Floran :	Computersss can attach more spacesss to the station.
Glitch :	Observant. This terminal type can be used attach a variety of interior modules to the station.
Human :	An expansion port, there's a bunch of different station modules which can be attached to it.
Hylotl :	This panel can be used to expand the station's interior.
Novakid :	Some fancy computers for making the station even bigger.
