Hi-Tech Chest (Blue)

The blue Hi-Tech Chest is a storage object found in Apex Miniknog Bases and Apex Test Facilities.
While the items within chests are randomized per dungeon, this chest has a higher chance of containing a Tech Card, allowing you to unlock Techs.
It can be placed on any flat surface 2 blocks wide. It does not provide a stackable surface.
