One Small Step was a quest given at the outpost after completing the quest Psst (Kestrel Class) which awarded the second Ship Upgrade.
It required the player obtain an Avian Moon Emblem from an Avian Tomb dungeon. It could be found hanging on the wall inside these dungeons as a decoration. Returning it to the questgiver would award a Tech Drive and a Manipulator Module.
This quest was removed from the game when the game's story was overhauled in update cheerful giraffe.
Trivia
The quest's title is in reference to the Apollo 11 moon landing, where after first stepping on the moon's surface Neil Armstrong famously said "one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind"History
