Talk Pages?

What am I missing, I don't seem to see any tabs or other indications for the article talk pages, just the articles themselves plus tabs for editing, moving, etc.

-- You're not missing anything, talk pages are hidden right now for a couple reasons. We're probably going to re-enable them in a couple weeks so keep an eye out (Katzeus)
