Gutterknife was removed from the game files, and is no longer obtainable.
It was included as placeholder content during early access, and replaced before full release

Gutterknife was the max level legendary dagger found in chests inside heck cave mini-biomes on level 10 planets. It projected a damaging cone of 'splatter' in front of the direction it's swung.

It was the upgraded version of Splatterknife, which was similarly found in heck cave mini-biomes on lower level planets.

It was removed when the weapon system was overhauled in update cheerful girrafe.
