Hackmanight is currently disabled from the game. Assets for this exist within the game files, but will not be encountered through normal gameplay.

Hackmanight is the max level legendary spear found in chests inside crystal cave mini-biomes on level 10 planets.

It's the upgraded version of Hackman, which is similarly found in crystal cave mini-biomes on lower level planets.

The explosion from the gemstone projectile can damage the player as well as others in multiplayer, regardless of PvP status.
