Hot Top Hat is a costume hat. When worn it trails small flame particles from the top.

The design was submitted by a platinum tier pre-order backer, who was granted the ability to design a hat to be included in the game, but it isn't currently available in any item pools.

It's the only Back Reward Hat to not be available through regular gameplay.
