Meat Chunks was removed from the game files, and is no longer obtainable.
It was included as placeholder content during early access, and replaced before full release

Meat Chunks was a meat ingredient used in cooking. It was made by re-cooking Cooked Steak at a campfire. It could also be obtained by destroying any variant of Heck Bush or Heck Light found in Heck mini-biomes.

It was removed from the game in update Cheerful Giraffe.
