It was included as placeholder content during early access, and replaced before full release

Heck Light was a breakable object found in Heck mini-biomes that dropped meat chunks when destroyed. It also acted as a light source.

The mini-biome was removed from the game in update Cheerful Giraffe, along with all associated objects.
