Orange Stim Pack was a consumable item crafted at a Medical Station. It's no longer craftable through normal means, but can be crafted in admin mode, and can also be re-enabled by a mod.

Consuming this stim pack will grant the rage status effect, which buffs player attack damage by 30%.
