Phoenix Circlet is a costume hat. It can be found in Avian Temples and during the Great Sovereign Temple mission. It also has a rare chance of being found in chests throughout the universe.
The design was submitted by a platinum tier pre-order backer, who was granted the ability to design a hat to be included in the game.
Reference of the legendary firebird appear to be non-specific, but appears to be a vague reference to the backer's Original Character concept of a phoenix like creature born from within a planet long ago, and now elusively roams the universe.
Avian Priests have been seen spawned with the Phoenix Circlet.
