Premier Chestpiece is a costume chestpiece of the Premier Set that can be found (with an extremely low probability) in extreme-threat (tier 6) space encounters and NPC ships. It cannot be found in NPC space stations, even those orbiting fiery stars, because all space stations are tier 1.
