Drill Mech Arm: Updates

User Michel4 attempted to edit the Drill Mech Arm page to add some additional information. Unfortunately, all of the mech parts pages are bugged, such that making any changes to them causes them to be removed from the parts lists on the Mechs page. Unfortunately, fixing this will require Admin assistance, and the admins appear to be on sabbatical. As such, any changes that you desire to make to the mech parts pages should be made here, for the time being.
