The Flowerpot Salesman is a unique Avian NPC that can only be encountered as a Tenant.
Once summoned with a Colony Deed, the Flowerpot Salesman sells a variety of flower-based goods, including two unique decor items. They will only sell four items out of the larger list of potential stock, however.
