Hylid's Pulse Staff was removed from the game files, and is no longer obtainable.
It was included as placeholder content during early access, and replaced before full release

Hylid's Pulse Staff was a craftable Hylotl themed racial staff. After charging it splashed a large explosive damaging attack of water. Damage varied wildly depending on targeting. Enemies that were targeted directly and absorbed the entire attack would take 982 damage. Enemies that were only hit by one of the small final droplets would take only 9 damage.

It was removed when staffs were remade as a generated weapon type in update cheerful giraffe.
