Katarrhna was a tier 4 legendary Shortsword found inside chests in underground Slime Caves mini-biomes on Risky planets. It projected a globe of slime that scattered into smaller balls that then exploded.

It was the upgraded version of Cutarrh, which was similarly found in slime cave mini-biomes.
