Mysterious Trash Bag was a quest item given after accepting the quest Taking Out The Trash.
After picking up Mysterious Trash Bag players learned the schematic to craft Mysterious Ashes at a Stone Furnace which was a requirement to complete the outpost quest Taking Out The Trash.
It was disabled when the story was overhauled.
