Energy Regeneration was a buff status effect which increased the rate the player regenerates energy.
It was removed from all food items which previously provided it in update cheerful giraffe. It can still be gained from the staff right click "Energy Zone", while in the zone this effect is given.
Description
It lets you regenerate energy when you shouldn't right after using or still in the middle of using energy, if you charge a sonic ball it is supposed to let you not gain energy and take it, but with the effect you immediately regenerate the energy back without needing to wait or get out of the ball.
