Stick of RAM is a crafting material that has a ~14.4% to drop from Bobot and Scandroid, an 8% chance to drop from Pipkin, a ~6.4% chance to drop from Lumoth, and a 5% chance to drop from Mini Drone. It also has a chance to drop from Omnicannon in space encounters with the "Dangerous" threat level.

If hunting Weapons deal the killing blow, Stick of RAM instead has a ~20% chance to drop from Bobot and Scandroid and a ~39.9% chance to drop from Pipkin. Mini Drone's chance is unaffected by weapon choice, but Lumoth will never drop this item when killed with a hunting weapon.

It is used in a number of electronic related crafting recipes. Though most merchants only give 10 Pixels for this item, Terramart Shipments instead gives 15 pixels.
