Sugar is a food ingredient that grows as a crop from Sugarcane Seeds.

After harvesting or looting Sugar for the first time players will automatically learn the cooking recipes for Bon Bons, Candied Corn, and Pearlpea Jam.

Sugarcane can be found growing in both the 'Spring' Mini-Biome as well as in plots grown by the mushroom people of the 'Mushroom Patch' Mini-Biome on Forest planets, as well as growing wildly throughout Jungle planets. Sugar can also be sold by Apex, Floran, Glitch, Human, Hylotl and Novakid merchants (Novakid merchants haven't been implemented yet as of Version 1.2.3).
