All-Seeing Crusaders Unique NPC

All-Seeing Crusaders are a Faction of hostile Glitch NPCs found in Eyepatch mini biomes on Alien planets.

They usually inhabit buildings made of Heavy Stone Brick, many of which are in grave disrepair. They can also be encountered in procedural Quests offered by Glitch NPCs.

The Crusaders wear the Terrifying Wings, Owl Breastplate and Owl Skirt, alongside either the Terrifying Eye Hat, All-Seeing Helmet, or Eyeball Mask as hats. They are armed with an NPC-exclusive variant of the Oculus Reaver.

A more peaceful variant known as an All-Seeing Knight can be summoned as a Tenant. As opposed to Crusaders, Knights wear the Knight's Breastplate, Knight's Tassets, and All-Seeing Cape colored pink, and are also equipped with an Eye Shield. It is unknown how the Knights relate to the Crusaders.

Trivia

• Back when they were just known as eye guards (or in beta to be more specific), they were alluded to briefly in the now non-canon The Bone Dragon (codex) as "strange, winged demons sighted on distant planets."
• An earlier version of their dialog includes the line, "Something wicked this way comes...", which is a quote from Shakespeare's Macbeth.

Known Bug
	Though the All-Seeing Crusaders have their own dialog file (eyeguard.config), the released game has them using the All-Seeing Knights' dialog file (eyepatch.config). The dialog displayed in this article is the friendly dialog currently used in the release.
