Cerulium Compound was removed from the game files, and is no longer obtainable.
It was included as placeholder content during early access, and replaced before full release

Cerulium Compound was a crafting material made by smelting Refined Rubium and a Gold Bar using an Atomic Furnace.

The crafting schematic for Cerulium Compound was automatically learned after picking up Refined Rubium. After picking up Cerulium Compound for the first time, players would automatically learn the crafting schematics for Cerulium Chair, Cerulium Door, Cerulium Lamp, Cerulium Console, Cerulium Bed, and Cerulium Table.

It was removed alongside Rubium Ore in update Cheerful Giraffe. The armor pieces crafted using Cerulium Compound are now made using Solarium Star.
