Tool Spawner is currently disabled from the game. Assets for this exist within the game files, but will not be encountered through normal gameplay.

Tool Spawner is an NPC spawner that can be found in chests. This item, when placed, will a spawn tool merchant. Be mindful where you place this, because once the merchant spawns the item is deleted from the world. This object was disabled to make way for the tenant system in Pleased Giraffe.
