The Ruler of the Apex is a side quest given by Koichi at the ark after players have completed Koichi's Request.

For this quest, Koichi asks the player to search Apex settlements to gather a Big Ape Bust. Apex structures are most common on frozen planets. Once this object has been collected, return to Koichi at the ark for a reward and another quest.
