Crooked Condor Ship Upgrade is a side quest which becomes available after purchasing a Fake Condor License from Penguin Bay at the outpost.

The quest requires the player gather 10 Upgrade Modules and deliver them to the shipyard captain east of the outpost. After turning in the quest the player's ship size will be expanded and max crew level increased. This is the highest level ship upgrade available.

Alternatively players can upgrade their ship by recruiting ten crew members and completing the quest Condor Ship Upgrade.
