Perfect Helm is the armor headpiece of the Perfect Set which is crafted from Perfectly Generic Items. These can be purchased from Treasured Trophies at the outpost.
This headpiece had the best overall stats available in the game, possessing the highest values from each of the three classes of racial tier 6 armor. It was reduced in Version 1.3.0.
