The Regal Medallion is the Glitch artifact found at the end of the Baron's Keep. It was gifted to the Glitch by the Cultivator in hopes that they may one day unite with the other races and use the artifacts to unseal the Monolith Gate and defeat The Ruin.

The Regal Medallion appears to be a large golden medallion with five orange gems set into either side. It's unknown if it has any interesting properties or history. When the player locates it, the medallion is in the possession of Baron, who says that he "found it some years ago" and that he keeps it around because he finds it to be pretty. He likely obtained it on one of his many bizarre adventures or won it in a bet.
