A delightful hanging basket. Don't swing from it!
Hanging Basket is a decorative object. It was once found in Zen Caves, but can now be found in Apex City Apartments. It also has a very small chance of being given to the player as part of an NPC quest to give a gift to another NPC. If the player abandons the quest and does not deliver the gift, the player will be able to keep the basket.
