The Industrial Crate is a storage object found in some NPC ships and space encounters. It can be purchased from industrial ship merchants, or scanned and printed via the Pixel Printer. While a recipe exists for this object in the game assets, that recipe is not a default recipe nor is it taught by anything currently in the game.

The electronics on the crate cast a very dim red light. It can be placed on any flat surface 5 blocks wide, and provides a 5-block-wide stacking platform.
