The blue Hi-Tech Chest is a storage object appearing in Apex Miniknog Bases and Apex Test Facilities.
While items in chests are randomized per dungeon, this chest has a higher chance to have a Tech Card, allowing you to unlock Techs sooner.
It can be placed on any flat surface 2 blocks wide. It does not have a stackable surface.
