Blue Firework is a placeable toy. Once placed it will fire and explode into a blue firework. It deals no damage when striking players or monsters. Blue Fireworks cannot be crafted, due to the Toymaker's Table being unobtainable legitimately.

It has a very rare chance to be sold by merchants, which is the only way to obtain it through normal gameplay.
