Drain is a placeable object that will drain any standing liquid similarly to removing background tiles. it can be found in Apex Test Facilities, Apex City Apartments, and Hylotl Underwater Cities.

Using this in combination with a Liquid Sensor allows for construction of underwater airlocks.
