The Glow Chest is a storage object found randomly in Bioluminescence Biomes and Luminous Caves. Though it does not actually cast light, its orange bits do glow bright, making it easy to spot in pitch darkness.

The Blueprint to unlock its crafting schematic is found only in Glow Chests in Bioluminescence Biomes, never in chests in Luminous Caves.

It can be placed on any flat surface 2 blocks wide. It does not provide a stacking area.
