Makin' Paper was a quest available at the outpost after completing the quest Taking Flight.
The quest was the second part of a three quest series. It required the player turn in one piece of Unrefined Wood, which would reward paper and automatically taught the crafting recipe for paper After this players could pick up the final quest in the chain, Liftoff!.
This quest was removed from the game when the game's story was overhauled in update cheerful giraffe.
