The Under Side was a quest given at the outpost. In a previous update, it was made available after completing the quest Stirred Not Shaken, which is now removed.
It required the player to find or craft 10 Climbing Rope. Each rope requires one Iron Bar and four Plant Fibres to craft. After turning in the rope the quest rewarded 200 pixels and an costume mask.
Cheerful Giraffe removed the quest, and now the Insidious Mask is inside the Outpost Cargo Crate inside the room at the bottom of the Outpost asteroid.
