QUEST TEXT:

Hey buddy. I heard what you did at the Erchius facility, and I bet you can help me out. Notorious pirate Dreadwing owes me money. He's off attacking a peaceful village at the moment. If you craft some titanium armour to protect yourself, I'll give you the coordinates. I heard you can find Titanium Ore in Eccentric star systems.

Be Prepared was a mission available from a Penguin NPC at the outpost after completing the mission Erchius Mining Facility.

It tasked the player with hunting down and defeating Dreadwing the Penguin, but before the penguin will provide the coordinates the player must have gathered a full set of titanium armor.

After talking to the penguin while wearing a titanium armor set he automatically gave you the follow up mission Dreadwing (Part I).

This quest was removed from the game when the game's story was overhauled in update cheerful giraffe.
